These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first contact us in writing at info@transitionfl.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
